The Taniguchi Group is recruiting Assistant Technical Staff to work on the CREST research project “Development of genome higher-order molecular structure analysis technology that makes full use of physics and information theory.” In addition to developing genome structure measurement methods centered on next-generation sequencers, we plan to develop analysis methods that make full use of physical and informatics methods such as AI, bioinformatics, and molecular dynamics calculations. In this recruitment, We are looking for people who will develop high-resolution genome structure measurement methods and computer analysis methods to investigate the operating principles of genomes existing in cells, and people who will be involved in the preparation of genome samples from cells.
