The Taniguchi Group is recruiting Program-Specific Assistant Professor to work on the CREST research project “Development of genome higher-order molecular structure analysis technology that makes full use of physics and information theory.” In addition to developing genome structure measurement methods centered on next-generation sequencers, we plan to develop analysis methods that make full use of physical and informatics methods such as AI, bioinformatics, and molecular dynamics calculations. In this recruitment, we are looking for people who will be in charge of computer analysis for this project.
