The Taniguchi Group is recruiting specific researchers to work on the CREST research project “Development of genome higher-order molecular structure analysis technology that makes full use of physics and information theory.” In addition to developing genome structure measurement methods centered on next-generation sequencers, we plan to develop analysis methods that make full use of physical and informatics methods such as AI, bioinformatics, and molecular dynamics calculations.
