On September 19, 2023, Prof. Taniguchi’s project was selected for the Strategic Basic Research Programs (CREST), which is publicly solicited by the Japan Science and Technology Agency. The purpose of this research is to measure the genome structure using high-resolution methods and to investigate the operating principles of the genome within cells using computer analysis methods.
