Prof. Taniguchi received the Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Research Category).
This award is given to those who motivate those individuals working in the fields of science and technology and contribute to the improvement of science and technology in Japan.
The award ceremony will be held on April 20, 2022.
