A paper “Hi-CO: 3D genome structure analysis with nucleosome resolution” by Jr. Assoc. Prof. Masae Ohno and Prof. Yuichi Taniguchi was published in Nature Protocols on May 28th. In addition, Kyoto University and RIKEN issued a joint press release on the paper.
