The research project “Revealing genome structure in cells at atomic level”, which is promoted by Junior Associate Professor Ohno and Professor Taniguchi, was adopted as one of the general trial access projects for the supercomputer “Fugaku” in FY2021. The allocation of computational resources is 93,600 node hours.
