Dr. Kim (special postdoctoral researcher at RIKEN and visiting researcher at Kyoto University) was awarded the 41st encouragement award by the Japanese society for photomedicine and photobiology, and delivered the award lecture in the 42nd annual meeting on 22nd January, 2021.

This encouragement award is awarded to the researcher who presents distinguished academic achievements. Dr. Kim was selected by her lecture titled “Single Molecule Fluorescence Gel Electrophoresis for Single Cell Proteome Analysis” in the 41st annual meeting held in Toyama in 2019.
